At The Spa at Personal Choice, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy for spa products below:

• Exchanges: We offer exchanges on all products within 14 days of purchase. No proof of purchase is required, but the product must be returned to the spa.

• Refunds for Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, we are happy to offer a refund. Defective items must be returned to the spa within 14 days for a refund. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

• Shipping & Handling Fees: Customers are responsible for any shipping and handling fees associated with returning or exchanging products.

To initiate a return, please contact us at SpaAtPC@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We offer free returns on all eligible products and will provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions on how to send your package back to us.
